Actually Germany is reluctant to re-open sex establishments BECAUSE it has controlled the virus this well. It's simply a matter of caution, clubs or sports events are suffering just as much. But yes, it's obviously also true that it's not too popular of a position to take in our political environment. The usual hardcore feminists are proposing the Swedish model / a ban on buying sex again, or rather suggest keeping the current ban in place.
I do believe that it's only a matter of time, both because of all the other countries you've mentioned already being ahead of us, but mainly because it becomes less and less justifiable to keep everything closed with the numbers improving consistently (aside from a few hot spots here and there).
There's also this thread where news and press-releases are posted regularly, including new and updated administrative orders from the individual states in Germany. Given the recent attempt and subsequent back-track of Rheinland-Pfalz to open sex clubs, it is now believed to become a federal decision, i. e. all states will re-open concurrently, but who knows what will happen.
